Brief description:

Steam jet multi-stage ejectors with interstage condensers (steam jet vacuum pumps, instantaneous electric water heaters) are used as units for removal of steam-air mixtures in turbine plants of thermoelectric power stations (TPS) and nuclear power plants (NPP).

Providing a stable vacuum in the turbine main condenser and removing the estimated volume of steam-gas mixture (leaked-in air) are the most important goals of the ejector pump.

The efficiency of instantaneous electric water heater depends on correct operation of the steam turbine, which directly affects the generated power and financial indicators as a whole.

Finding and eliminating leaked-in air is quite complicated task and is particularly true for turbines that have been in operation for a considerable time. The importance of this leaked-in air shall be taken into consideration when calculating the basic parameters of instantaneous electric water heater.

The main task that the Company’s engineers solve when calculating and designing the main ejector comes down to determining dimensions of the flow part of steam jet unit and choosing the design of the heat exchanger (condenser), providing required supply of non-condensable gases at specified parameters of the ejecting steam-gas mixture.

When designing ejectors, our Design Department uses in-house development software products, which have repeatedly confirmed the high accuracy of calculations and allow us to eliminate errors associated with the human factor.

We are responsible for the final result!
